Default L92: FAST 92 & stock fuel rail question

I'm replacing my LS1 with an L92 427. For induction, I'm going with a FAST 92/92 set up. It appears from researching this board that the Ls1 fuel rails will bolt on to the FAST 92 intake manifold without issue. I know that I will either need spaces or extensions depending on what type of injectors I use to make this work.

Is there any other reason why those stock Ls1 rails wouldn't work on the 427?

On the L92 conversion thread it mentions needing new fuel rails, but I'm guessing thats because its specifies using the L92 intake manifold.

what heads are you using? i dont think fast has started production on the l92 manifold yet i know they do have prototype pics floating around on here though, ls1's are cathedral port and l92's are square port.

The L76(what you are calling the L92) Manifold for the L92/LS3 Heads uses the LS2 Fuel Rail really well. That is what is supposed to be used with it, and I'm using them Rails without a problem.

Which ones are supposed to bolt up to that Fast 92 Intake?

I did a search on FAST intakes and found people saying that the stock fuel rails bolt right on. However, I think most of the applications were Ls1 and Ls1 heads.

I'm trying to make sure I can use stock rails on L92 block, TFS 235 heads, FAST 92 intake manifold.

I never heard of any of the LS1 Rails having any flow issues, I don't see why you would. The different between the LS1 and LS2 Rails are the spots where they bolt to the Intake IIRC..

Yeah, and that was my initial concern, the actual nuts and bolts of it. The flow rate is a valid concern and one I hadn't spent as much time with... probably cause I hadn't been aware of the need for larger volume fuel rails on the high power Ls1 setups.
