That's a sweet looking manifold, but truth be told..... it's got a Ford Yates style bolt pattern... not a LSX bolt pattern.
Also, just 'cause it looks pretty doesn't mean it works.

Good eye this is for a D3 yates style head.
(Also, just 'cause it looks pretty doesn't mean it works.) It's good that you think like this, however this manifold does work quite well. I know this because we tested this manifold (for pressure distribution) vs. other manifolds with traditional style elbows. You would be suprised where air is deposited in a plenum in a boosted application with a standard elbow.
What you see on the outside doesn't necessarily mean that is what is on the inside.
Cary's PIS intake would be by far the best choice of LS intakes to do this modification to if pressure distribution is a concern of yours.

Your original link to the thread on yellowbullet doesn't work for me. The pictures are working again:

Call Wilson Manifolds, they can do a sheet metal or carb manifold with fuel injection conversion for any application.

After seeing the price on that wilson billet bank manafold (3500 or whatever it is) I don't think I'd bother, they're pricing is way out there.
The guy that's making the above intakes quoted me 3200 for a sheet metal with the remvable top, fuel injector bungs and rails, and 2 bungs per cylinder (16 total) for 2 directrpot setups... from the people I have talked to that's pretty good.

i weld for a living, and i'm pretty good...and i see awsome welders work every day, but DAMN, that thing looks AWSOME. i can lay pretty beads, but not like that and not consecutively all over the place around corners and whatnot...that looks like a machine did it. nice work.
