The biggest issue is that you will have zero traction.

I run a fairly mild cam (for the engine size) in mine. I have a 230/242 on a 115. There is a little bit of lope with the idle set at 850 rpm. It has a touch more lope than the 220/224 115+2 that I ran in my 346. If it matters I am getting 18ish mpg in my normal driving and 26ish on the highway.

244/244 .610/.610 114 lsa

No lope, no shaking, no vibrating. I describe it as a smooth rumble that yes, you can feel while sitting in it, but its nothing bad at all. And I'm one of those people who really do not like cars that lope/shake from the cams. 950 rpm idle.

I know all those things are different for everyone, but after mine is warmed up it idles so close to stock its silly. People are amazed when they sit in it, they do not believe my cam is that size with how smooth it idles.
