We can at the moment offer the Sd92MM cable driven TB, or the 90MM Gm DBW throttle body.

SD92MM is 349.95
12570790 gm dbw tb is $259.95

If you need them of course.

Any of the other aftermarket TBs just call us up and ask!!!

How about some pics of some LS3 fuel rails installed?

here is the deal. You will def need to make arrangements for either one of 2 things.

1) get the OEM style fuel rail kit from FAST, or if you cannot wait then you MAY be able to use some of the following.
a) LS2/3 fuel rail
b) some type of fuel rail spacer kit that is ONLY 1/2" spacer and longer bolt
c) injectors that are larger and will fit tight into the intake
d) a tall (ls1/ford motorsport) injector
the reason for this being, then LS3 fuel rail is NOT shot enough to accomodate the fuel injectors. So first option is to space and go for a taller fuel injector.

2)IF you want to use the LS3/7 injector (to our knowledge at the moment and the fact that when we tried to fit them in there they were WAY too short even with the fuel rail all the way down on the bolt bosses) then you will either have to use the COMP billet fuel rail kit OR the COMP OEM style fuel rail kit. The only other option is to have some type of injector cup extension because the fuel rail cup that the injector sits in the rail WAY too high to even think about accomodating the very short LS7 injector.

Bottom line, easiest way to get this accomplished is to buy either FAST fuel rail kit. IF you cannot wait, at least you can use these guidelines or maybe MacGuyver something up yourself!

PICS NOW!!!! - these pics are with a stock LS1 injector to give you an idea of the height....along with a spacer kit.

As you can see, the fuel rail sits a little up with the fuel rail spacers...but of course that is to be expected.

a few have already been done. i believe if you look at the Katech thread, they show some pretty good gains on an LS7 engine.

And here are pics of the FAST OEM fuel rail kit installed on the LSXR intake....with stock LS7 injectors. Notice the spacer goes at the bottom of the injector and NOT from the rail to the injector.

Oh yah, its a good idea to have a good supply of oil/lube to get all the o rings seated in the right position without the use of grunts and cutting the o rings.

PICS

and richard dean anderson would only need the spare tire off the wrecked commie jeep to make anything work....he would even rip the cords out of the tire to tie the intake down to the engine.

How do those spacers effect fuel dispersion from the injector now that the injector bottom doesn't sit right at the port? Also, is that the LS7 fuel rail or LS3 in the pic?

Thanks.

that is the FAST oem rail kit which includes the LS3 rail. the fuel inj spacer cups acutally have a bevel on the inside which allows the pintle nozzle of the injector to fit farther down than it looks. from the design, the injector is barely spaced up enough just to fit, and not too bad at all.

we do not have a flow bench on site, so we cannot test spray pattern and any inconsistencies with it.

this was actually a concern of mine as well, before i fit the injectors IN the spacers and on the rail. I actually thought the spacer would fit in the rail then the inj would go in the intake...but its is reverse. they did a very good job in designing the spacer though, so i do no believe that would be a problem at all.

The only prob i had was pulling them BACK out of the intake...lol

Oh yah by the way, we have plenty of the intakes on hand now again ready to go and about 4 oem fuel rail kits still avail. more coming in, but those are ready to go out TODAY!!!

price on the fuel rail kits is 235.00 - does NOT come with fuel injectors...only comes with fuel rail and spacers with o rings. not other hardware...
