Question Wich hose do I cut????

I need advice, I'm back flushing my cooling system b/c my heater does not work, and there is a strong possibility that is clogged. I bought a flushing kit to do this, but is asking me to locate the hose that runs from the top of the motor to the firewall and cut it. However in LS1s both of the heater hoses that run to the firewall are located beside each other. Does anyone KNOW WICH ONE TO CUT??? I hate to cut the wrong one.

Thanks

both of those hoses go straight to your waterpump and are easy to remove. Why would you cut them? That really makes no sense.Just remove the hoses from the waterpump end and save the hoses instead of destroying them

DO NOT CUT ANYTHING! Just unplug the hoses and run water through one, then run water through the other hose too.
