Default Technical information on LS7 exhaust manifolds?

Some questions on the LS7 exhaust manifolds. Any direction to technical information greatly appreciated.

Is there any specification as to how much temperature drop is obtained by the stainless outerwrap and air gap over the 4 hydroformed internal tubes?

Is the outerwrap also setup to spread the temperature out more evenly, as a heat shield?

Does it keep exhaust velocity up by keeping the tubes inside hot?

Not looking for personal speculation, but documents listing characteristics.

I have some fiberglass & SMC in near proximity, and want to estimate how close it can be.
