Boooooo such a welll built car and no track fun haha. Oh well maybe you'll make it out to MIR the same time i do so i can see it. Otherwise i'll have to hope to run into you somewhere around NOVA. The 427 should be nasty, congrats and goodluck.

our current goal is to break 550rwhp while driving pretty much like stock.The current cam that's in there will be swallowed up by all the cubes and pretty much idle like stock.Maybe down the road i can talk him into something a little bit bigger-but i doubt it

We're making the current numbers on a very tired motor. Leakdown was 25% on a few cylinders. Shawn's masterful machine work and assembly, extra bore unshrouding the valves, Richard's mods to the heads and Ed's tuning - I think 30RWHP should be very doable. Even with the tiny BRE JT cam. We'll see and post the honest results here.

As for the larger bore-the 4.00 bore greatly shrouds the l92 valves.We have picked up 20rwhp going from a 6.0 to 6.2 block with all other things being equal.Going to a 4.125 bore should help this even more.
The last but not least thing to consider is the sleeves.They are much thicker and stronger than the factory sleeves-they will keep a much rounder bore when cylinder pressure is introduced,making for better ring seal and increased power.
