Will C5 Exhaust Manifolds fit on a C6 and or H Pipe?

Will C5 Exhaust Manifolds fit on a C6 and or H Pipe? We have a C5 exhaust laying around and we want to put it on our C6 we are trading in so we can take the performance exhaust off. Will the Manifolds with Cats fit along with the Hpipe? I know the C6 is a little shorter but anyone that can help let me know.
