Default difference other than sodium filled valves?

whats the difference between the 243 head off the ZO6 vettes and the 243 head of the newer GTO's? sodium filled valves and different springs? is the flow the same?

Hollow Stem on the intake side and sodium filled on the exhaust.

The springs are all the same in a LS6, LS2, LS3
