Its an LSX 454ci., 13.5 E85 fuel, 650lift 260 duration @50 on a 114ls on 1.7 ratio, AFR 245cc heads.....and if you contact him, he's a member here too....thats 752 RWHP.

You can spray any kind of intake if you have the time to put the work in or if you have a good fab shop where you are .
Wet or dry set up

To sum it up, is an air-box NECESSARY to run the ITB intake? That GTM, idling at 600rpms, wasn't using the air-boxes.

Also, DBW wise, I saw a kinsler on a C6 Z06 (MTI-racing mile car 206mph N/A) with what looked like a stock TB, chopped and the motor was "tapped" into the arm mechanism to articulate the TB blades.

What about filtration without an airbox? Anything thick enough to protect the motor without having to slip a few pairs of nike no-shows over the snorkels?!

I don't think I'd buy this from anyone who thought that a LS7 had more than one cam....

Typo maybe? Maybe it's talking about the ITB cams? Do ITB's have cams and no I don't mean camshafts

Do you have any GT500 buddies? I always get a kick out of the camS thing and I slip all the time too with "why don't you do a cam swap?"

I don't think its anything to REALLY worry about.... the intake can speak for itself.

If you was here in Florid we can work that out. But i will not give you a kit to test out if you are not here .As for the air box you do not have to use it. But we do have the filters like on this Nissan we did at the shop

I am wondering why then you have a ported LS6?

If you have experience with ITBs, you will understand why many people dont recommend them. Yes they can produce more power and idle better with large cams. But no, they are not practical for daily drivers, and cost a lot of time and money to keep properly tuned.

That's the thing. He doesn't have experience with ITB's. He says knows people that do. He thinks they are the magic bullet that will make any motor make more power and that everybody should run them. They are rpm limited just like anything else. Will they make more power over a larger rpm range than any other intake setup? You bet. Are they great? You bet. ARe they great for everyone?? Not hardly. Will they make more power from 7k to 8k than a GOOD sheetmetal?? No.

I agree with your last statement plus the fact that packaging any kind of filtration system for a F-body/vette that won't kill power is a whole new world of problems.

Default LS-7 Stack InJectors 2.5"

We are on the "West Coast", where all the hippies live.

The Pantera EFI "stack injection" for the GM LS-1/2 AND LS-7 has been used on many winning desert race cars.
This unit features EIGHT 2.5" (63.5mm) butterflies, also fitted with low NOS bosses that can be drilled.

The throttle shafts (8) are purpendicular to the crankshaft and run on ball bearings.
There is a LARGE 5/8 bore "air balance" passageway for even MAP reading.
At "song" we measure a MAP reading of 114KPA with BARO of 101KPA.

The main reason we measure 700+ HP is that the "stacks" give the engine BOOST from the RAM effect.
