For $2,900 USD....that Jenvey ITB intake for the LS7 heads is a pretty good price I think. Considering it'll smash any sheet metal intake or plastic intake in power output.

ITB is the best intake. Wish they can figure a way to use them with drive by wire.

Why even consider a sheet metal when they're gonna cost $3,000-$6,000 and not produce anywhere near the power of a properly tuned ITB intake as well as being hell to tune for driveability. Just get a Jenvey if you have $3,000 to spend on an intake.

I got that price from Jenvey, its on their website too. I'm a big proponent of ITB's, they're coming and they're getting more and more popular in the USA. They will be common in 2-3 more years as the prices come down and as more people realize how much more power they make then every other type of intake available and are easy to tune with lower smoother idles.

I've been trying to tell everyone for about 3 years now how much better, in every way, an ITB is....and now the prices are coming down and more companies are making them too. For $2,900 for the LSx Jenvey, thats just a crazy good price.

Kinslers are complete rip-offs.

For the LSx engines.....they range from $10,000 - $17,000. Ridiculous.

I've posted this before.

He made 65 HP more using the ITB intake over his Wilson sheet metal intake. Couldn't get the Wilson to idle less than 1,200, the ITB idles smooth at 600 rpm. Its an LSX 454ci., 13.5 E85 fuel, 650lift 260 duration @50 on a 114ls on 1.7 ratio, AFR 245cc heads.....and if you contact him, he's a member here too....thats 752 RWHP.
