Angle milling the heads will get you to your target c/r. It's possible to get the chamers down to the mid 50cc range with angle milling. Of course it leaves the deck on the exhaust half of the head a bit thin...................
Going with the dome piston setup, I thought I saw that Wiseco made a +5cc dome piston for this bore and stroke?

My heads initially had 20thou off, then got some more off the machinist tells me 16 more, The chambers measure 60cc. I have flat tops with 4cc reliefs, stock GM gaskets, pistons come 9 thou out the block, around 42 thou quench. I am at a bit of 11:1 comp, I can still take a bit more off the heads and run a 45 thou gasket going to a 40 means around 31 thou quench bit tight for my liking but ok for a steel rod, This will take me to 11.8:1, Which would be ok, with my good quench and current cam it is running 30 deg timing no knock at all. If I was going to run a 240s plus cam I would definately run 12:1 no questions asked on these heads. I would look into a dome top for that extra 5cc run a 40 thou gasket and then mill them to get it.
