Default Stuck arp head stud

Anybody have any tips on getting these out? I have 4 that are stuck and they have been soak in pb blaster for almost two days now. I want to put some heat on them but I dont want my block to catch fire

Try putting two nuts on the stud and lock them together. Use the bottom nut and try to loosen the stud.

How the hell does a head stud get stuck? There supposed to be finger tight and you don't use sealant on LS motors...

Thats what i was thinking, I have studs in my heads & mains and ARP said to screw all the way down and back out 1/4 turn , And use ARP lube on the fine threads to torque the nuts down .

two different metals will corrode with time. i would have used the ARP lube or anti-seize. i use anti-seize on pretty much every thing that i install. ever try changing a flat at 2 am 50 miles from town and a lug nut doesnt want to break loose? i did that only once.
btw, i cut my anti sieze 50/50 with 30wt oil. works just as good and stretches it out. learned that from a cat mechanic.

Try some Loctite Freeze-and-release. Or you can try dry ice on the stud to shrink it (put some smashed up pieces in a sock and wrap around the stud). Then use a stud remover.
