Re-use LS1 external PCV hoses for LS3 motor?
I've read that the LS3 valley cover PVC system is different than even the LS6 valley cover. Ideally, should I re-use my Norris catch can and PCV tubing (which includes the valve) in the same manner it attached to the LS6 components, or do something different?

i have a ls2 block in my car. I guess the valley cover has some kind of pcv valve built in. I just left it plugged and reused my catchcan setup (ls1 style) for at least 5000 miles and havent had an issue but i am looking for a way to redo this.

This thread indicates that if you choose to use a catch can, the external PCV is not needed because the LS3 intake already has it in the valley cover:

I also read that you could run a u-tube between the LS3 valley cover and the intake manifold if you don't use a catch can.

I talked to Jason at Katech and here's what he said:
The PCV valve is in the valley cover and loops to the intake. The valve covers each have a fresh air line that needs to be tee'd together and routed to a fresh air source after the MAF and before the throttle body.
@phenomic id try john@scoggin dickey.. any of those places that have access to factory ls7 stuff should have it (im assuming you mean the dry sump VC plug)
