Personally i though the borla sounds like ****!
Try Corsa catback, catted Y pipe, LT headers. I had the ORY on mine and the sound under acceleration at a higher gear had this "poping" sound. After i installed cats in the ORY it sounded amazing! Screamed at 5k+

Borla sounds great! If you think it's too quiet get longtubes and a y-pipe with high flow cats. End of discussion.

If you don't plan on ever doing headers, go with LM1

The Borla's will blow out and get louder with time. Put a few miles on em before you swap them out. Also the longer the muffler the quieter they are. +1 on the Y or H pipe and headers.......

Ya if it's brand new your gonna have to put a few miles on it before it gets a lil louder. My magnaflow was super quite when I first installed the catback. Now with headers and y pipe and no cats it's quite a bit louder. Just takes some time.

+1 for hooker aerochamber. Very deep, comfortable at cruising and loud when you mash the gas.

If your Borla catback doesn't look anything like what one of the previous posters pic looked like, then I guess you don't have the set with the adjustable plates. Which is what you should have got. I have a wide open plate on my Borla, and it is by far the loudest fbody (bolt ons only) I have ever heard that didn't have true duals, and I have high flow cats. I'm not trying to brag, just being honest. I personally love the aggressive tone Borla has and the ability to change plates. When I switch to the second smallest plate, it's nearly just as loud but cuts out some of the rasp.

If you don't want Borla though I'd vote for Corsa.

edit: This is almost exactly what my car sounds like, I have Kooks LTs as well as the borla catback

Yeah really.. Try it with LT's and ORY... Equal to LM1 with LT's and ORY with no plates. Wasn't TOO loud, just sounds like crap after a while. Take the plates out or put a cam in the car if you can't ditch the cats..

And c/o's typically don't sound that great on log manifold cars. Maybe LT's and catted Y.
