Then Google "317 combustion chamber size"

Google's first link;

Casting Number 317
Head: 2001+ LQ4 6.0 Litre Truck
Material: Aluminium
Part Number:
12572035
Combustion Chamber Volume: 71.06cc
Compression Ratio: 10:1
Intake Port Volume: 210cc
Exhaust Port Volume: 75cc
Intake Valve Diameter: 2.00 inches
Exhaust Valve Diameter: 1.55 inches

This is an issue of "teach a man to fish"

With any strange combination you simply need to do a little research if you want a decent answer. Because 1 of 3 things will happen,
1. Someone will guess (See post #2)
2. Someone will google "compression calculator" and do the work for him
3. We can help him figure it out. This wont be his last oddball question, research is key.
