Default Heads/Cam Swap Need Help

hey guys,
in your opinion, what are a good set of power producing heads and cams for a reasonable price? I just got into my first duty station here in Florida(Companies with military discounts would be great if they exist) and my 02M6 60kmi is being trailored down within the next couple of weeks. i want to do a heads/cam swap that wont break the bank but still give good results. The car is semi-daily driven and stock minus typical bolt ons. also, what kind of power numbers can i expect to see on a dyno after the swap. i looked at tsp but i dont know if their kits are "take old set off put new set on and you're ready" or if i have to buy additional springs, injectors, etc. My free time is limited so a "plug and play" type of swap is what i'm looking for here, something that can be done on a weekend day. Any advice is much appreciated as i'm fairly new to this. Thanks to All!
PS, i do plan on going FI(either a procharger or STS turbo kit) in the future.

All of our heads and cam packages will include the valve springs, and pushrods to get it installed. You would need to grab some gaskets and bolts to finish the install.

Its kind of hard to recommend you a package since you are going to put the boost on it soon. Most of our heads and cam packages will raise compression when boost motors typically want less compression so you don't have to worry about detonation on pump gas. If I were you I would pick a direction and the stick with it so you can get the right parts for that specific application.
