Default Good H/C/I+Header Size Combination Nitrous LQ9

So I'm pretty new to all this GM and LSX stuff and I've been doing a lot of reading around the web site... must say the amount of information and the billion different parts available for these motors is a bit overwhelming. I've also noticed that there's a lot of emphasis in the GM world of having a good combination of these parts to work together.

I'm starting out with a stock LQ9 on nitrous, which will eventually become a 408 stroker on nitrous once the factory internals give out. So the questions is what's a good H/C/I and header size combination for these motors? This car will see it's fair share of both street driving and track duty as well, so keep that in mind!

Thanks and I look forward to the suggestions.
