We need to know that your goals are and more importantly, your budget. Budget builds are completely different for obvious reasons. I do agree with the other posters though, we need more cam specs. We need more info man.

Installing better cylinder heads that WILL make more power, so his goals are to make more power? hmmmm

I am pretty sure he is talking about the "Texas Speed 233/239 Camshaft" which is a nice camshaft looking at the numbers, but the L92 heads wake up more when they are around .650 lift esp. if they are ported, the durarion of the cam is not all that bad.
What LSA? 112? 113? 114?
Call TSP and see what they say.

Be careful with PTV. Remember those heads have a BIG intake valve (2.165") and you give up a lot of PTV with them. Honestly they aren't the head I would run on them. Big runner and combustion chambers would turn me away from them. Even if they are cheap...

Yeah you could definitely flycut for the clearance needed. I would just check it first and see where it ends up.

We use L92's on a couple Trailblazer SS builds around here. One of them has been 7.60's in the 1/8th NA in about 1800ft of air. The trick to getting those heads to work in that application is not to over cam it. The intake runner is HUGE and believe it or not the L92 truck intake works very well (better than LS3 by 10rwhp/10ftlbs of torque).

My own truck has a set of LPE L92's with a L92 intake and a small cam that still chops a decent amount but its very small in the LSX world. My truck has been 7.7's in 2100 ft of air and makes 446rwhp 440 rwtq with the converter locked. It shifts at 6700 RPM.
