Default LS2 intake or FAST 92 intake

ok so here is the scoop. i have a ss camaro that i put a ls6 crate motor with a ms3 cam an bbk ssi intake. it has been this way for sometime now an looking to make a lil more power. so i wanted to change my intake an TB. im buying a 90mm throttle body no matter what but my problem is intake. i have a LS2 intake that i can have ported really good or should i go with the fast 92. i keep hearing that if a LS2 intake is ported it is just as good as a fast 92. so looking for input. thanks

Ive heard the same gains can be seen between a ported ls2 intake vs unported 92mm fast.

It is not likely that a ported LS2 intake can come anywhere close to a Fast 92. Better yet find a FAST 92 and have it ported.

I had a ported LS2 intake and opted to go with a 102 Fast. Unported the Fast destroyed the ported LS2!
I think I picked up 18 rwhp and 21 rwtq over the ported LS2
My car just has bolt-ons so the gains are with the stock LS2 cam in place

a ls6 intake is better then a ls2 intake ,unported.consider a BBK or other alum ls intakes.if you can afford it get a used fast 90/92 intake.

BBK and other alum intakes are not going to work as well, do a search.
Get a Fast 102 and port it if you like, you will have some great gains. Make sure you have a decent tuner as these intakes pull a ton of air compared to the stockers!

LS2 is the worst intake even if it's ported

the ls2 intake barely edges out the ls1...and the ls6 makes more peak, but stomps it under the curve.
