It mentions all the diffrances in the searches i pulled up on google. Google 19244033 and go to the first site.
One is "light weight" and one says it can be ported. One has 1 set of injector bosses the other 2
Im not shure why one has 16 intake bolts and the other has 10 Im not shure off the top of my head which is ls7

When you compare pictures of the two, which probably means nothing, they have a different number of bolts to hold down the intake. 19244033 has 8 per side and the other has 5. Look at this pic and then search their site for the other p/n.
