I would try a search you should be able to come up with quite a bit. I see your new to this site, there really is a wealth of knowledge in this database.

I though 96mm was the biggest typhoon LS1/2 intake

I like my typhoon. its not a 101 but inside and out its a good design and its nice to see something different when i open the hood and 1/2 the price is a big plus. Unless you go huge on the cubes i just dont see where a fast intake is worth the money. I feel the money can be spent elsewhere and make a bigger difference.

I know you can bore it out to reach 101mm but 96 is the biggest stock size they make as far as I know. I just purchased one and are in the process of cleaning up the runners. Pretty nice design and easy to polish the runners up. Cant beat the price @ 320.00 shipped brand new for one. Its worth a shot to see what it does compared to my LS6 intake setup..

Didnt realize how old this thread was.. Sorry for bringing it back up..

This is still a controversial subject, for every person that hates the intake someone else loves it. Me personally I am highly considering running one

Well on the plus side since its aluminum if you have a nitrous backfire or any other it won't go into pieces throughout the engine bay and I have considered switching from my ported ls6 to one of these.

I have heard some bad things from a couple people I know that had these intakes ( 85mm version like 4-5 years ago) but most people I talk to that actually run them love them. All the negative feedback I hear is from people who have not run them.. I figured for that cheap of a price it was worth a shot. If I make 10-15 more HP then I do now I think it would be worth the 320.00.
