Default Wilson 471105 Throttle Body Question

Need some advice...

I recently purchased a Wilson 471105 105mm cable driven throttle body for my 9.8" tall deck Warhawk LS7 454 build. The Wilson TB is a 4 bolt unit that bolts onto my Precision Metalcraft tall deck sheet metal manifold. Here are my questions:

I still have brand new IAC and TPS sensors from my older LS1/LS6 engine. They both do not "fit" my Wilson TB.....is anyone running a similar setup? I know the Wilson was actually intended for a Ford application....do I machine adaptors for the IAC and TPS or does someone make adaptors? Do I use Ford sensors and if so, do I need to change the electronic input signals to my computer? Thanks in advance for putting me in the right direction.....

Default Wilson

I may try to use a Ford 5 Liter TPS.....has anybody simply bypassed the IAC for a street car? I am running a pretty aggressive solid roller cam...

Deleting the IAC will get you nothing but a poor idling non driveable engine... I'm guessing you don't do your own tuning. If so, I doubt anything you've got idles at all if you don't understand how crucial an IAC is, if not, ask yourtuner about IAC counts and big cams I'd try to make the GM IAC work, or your 5.0 Ford idea may work also.

If it's a drag only car that you don't mind idling at 2000 RPM then you could probably delete the IAC and just run the blade cracked. Otherwise, you need an IAC.
