If you can afford it do both. If not flip a coin. I would buy a Fast if you plan on any more mods. If not the 6 is a good manifold

I'd do both at the same time. LS6 is a good intake. A FAST is excellent but only with major mods in my opinion. If your not limited on cash then get the FAST intake.

Thanks for the comments. It looks like I will be getting the intake first.

Get the headers first IMO. That was the best mod I did besides the motor swap lol

ls6 intake has shown up 2 15 horse better in midrange and around ten up top. headers willl get you more power but them together will work with each other for some major increases!!

I'm getting the intake first because I came across one for a decent price. The headers will follow shortly after.

I did the same thing and ended up with a 402 and a fast lol. Good thing is the LS6's hold there value as I sold it for the same as I paid for it. My Fast 92 on the other hand went down in value.

Very true. LS6 intakes do seem to hold their value very well. My LS2 is stock and I really don't plan to do much to other than the intake and headers for now. After that I'll probably look into a stall.

Exactly.. if you can swing for the FAST, then do it.

Hi,
the first thing is to allow the engine to breathe........exhaust/headers......
If you can afford the intake exhaust combo/do both together......
Then move on to your other mods..........
I prefer suspension before anything else!
Have a blessed week..............jim

Headers! I loved my long tubes, loud mouth resinator, e cutout, stock exhaust set up.
