ls3 heads on an ls1?

I was looking for more info about ls3 heads on an ls1.... what all needs to be done? I know the intake would have to be changed as well... what else? thanks for your help.

You can't put LS3 heads on a LS1 that has the stock bore. I believe the exhaust valve hits the top of the cylinder.

^^^What he said. You need a minimum 4" bore for LS3 heads. Your bore is 3.898

^^^Im interested in this as well, someone had said there was a thread in dynamometer section but I couldnt find anything.

Anyone have some more info on them?
