Default bolt on ls1 trans am MPG

So a buddy and I are having a little discussion about fuel mileage on a full bolt on ls1 Ws6.. I think If you are driving it nicely you should be able to get 20 around town, he thinks 15mpg max..
What say the people of ls1tech.

You can probably get in the mid to high teens around town depending on your gearing.

H/C Formula would get 28-30 highway 6spd car 4.56's
Was that with 4 spark plug wires off?
