Compression/cam question Just wondering for a 242/251 .624/.624 112lsa +3 advance cam on a 408 what is a safe compression to run this cam at. I am considering going to LS3 heads that have a bigger chamber then my current heads and i also might run a bigger gasket (.051 vs the .040 i am running now) This would drop my compression considerably down to around 11.0. The cam was speced for around 11.45 on 66cc heads.
