Installing a 2008 LH6 in a 66 chevelle. Anticipating clearance problems with the hood and wondering what options I have to swap the intake. I was planning to keep the DOD option as this will be a daily driver. Swapped the oil pan for the GM Muscle car pan and have the engine placed to address the tie rod issues. I have read several posts and am still confused as to which intakes will swap out. Would like to reuse as many of the truck parts as possible since I am on a budget. injectors, throttle body....going DBW and already have the e38 ecu and corvette pedal from PSI...

Appreciate any help or suggestions....intake and alternator/power steering pump brackets etc!

You should have 243 or 799 heads.

So you can use anything from an Ls6, Ls2(for the 90mm throttle body option that I'd do) or as highend as a FAST 90,92 or 102 for a car if your going to be modding it. If you do add a cam later you'll have to get rid of those lifters cause they ate junk.
