Crap. I am just putting the finishing touches on my LY6 install and still have to wire it. What exactly are the issues you are running into so I can make sure my daughter is not around when the F bombs start flying.

Ive done a few LS1/LQ swaps now and those older systems are all in one easy peasy. One PCM, One harness, pins came out with your fingers etc. These newer ( L92 in my case ) harnesses and PCM's are all integrated and segregated into three parts. The damn dash harness, the trans harness and module, then the engine and its harness and PCM etc. So its a lot more of a pita to separate these things and then amalgamate them into one. Not overly complex just a lot more hassle is all.
