5.3 electronic or cable throttle?

5.3 electronic or cable throttle? I have a 2005 5.3 that is electronic throttle and I just bought a 2000 silverado that is drive by cable. I am putting the electronic throttle motor in the truck and I have the computer, throttle, and wire harness for both engines. What is the easiest way to do this and how would I do it? I really don't care if it is electronic or cable throttle.

Edit Add: Also, make sure that you reuse the same injectors. If one engine is "flex fuel", and the other is not, the injectors will be different flow rates.
