Default roller rocker arms

Anybody recommend a quality brand for my LS3? And how much HP do they generally offer vs. Stock to rocker arms? Thanks. @

Hmmm I was leaning toward the theory of the rollers creating more power based on faster rotating parts. What does a trunking upgrade provide? Thanks

Sorry trunion?

The roller fulcrom part in the stock rocker. You press out the stock non caged bearings, and press in the comp cams caged roller bearings. Do some searches on here about rockers, you will find some good write ups. Eric L

Just check your sweep pattern if you plan on using the stockers. While they are a great option esp with the trunion upgrade they arn't always best in higher lift applications.

Jessel Rockers are hard to beat, but expensive. Yella Terra is very good and they are reasonable
