gen III accessories on Gen IV
gen III accessories on Gen IV basically building a L76 / Ls3 intake manifold
was wondering can i use all the accessories from a 4th gen f-body Ls1
front accessories
wp/psp/ect

Ls1 valve covers/coilbrackets/coils/spwires on 823heads/Ls3 intake?

Ls1 valve covers will not fit unless you modify them, ls3/92/99 are cheap and I would just get those.
What motor will you be using?
You will need to extend the map sensor and get your throttle body and cruise control cable bracket from SDPC the ls3/76 have throttle by wire.

i was told earlier that i could use the Ls1 valve covers, coils, brackets.
was looking to save some coin if possible
so would it be more hassle some to just modify the Ls1 VC's
and keep the coils and brackets
or just use the L92 original VC's
find some coils and brackets Ls3 equivalent
and sell the gen III stuff?

If you search here you'll find that guys were popping rivets in the vc's of the Ls1's to make them fit Ls3/98/76 heads.
But yea you can use them just modify them and save.

I swapped all my accessories and covers over on one of my setups, although I just modified my stock valve covers. I cut the baffles out where the LS3 rockers would come in contact, and welded up those pcv provisions. Then just fabbed up my own pcv setup, which wouldve needed to be upgraded anyway due to being a stroker setup.
