going from f/i to n/a

I'm going from turbo to n/a. I will purchase some 'dart' heads, along with kooks 1 7/8 headers, as well. I can't afford the fast intake, just yet, but how would the ls-6 intake work with this setup ontop of a 370ci motor? Mind you, I will eventually get a fast 92mm intake and throttle body.

I've heard a lot about how good the fast intakes are. My ls6 intake does the job but my buddy's fast intake added some good h/p, worth it IMO, if you can get it at the right price.
