Default Compression Ratio?
Didn't know where to post this question but I'm getting ready to order a LS3 418 longblock from Texas Speed and I'm not sure which head gasket thickness to use to get a compression ratio of 10.5/11 to 1 if I use Wiseco -3cc flat top pistons and PRC 237cc 68cc heads. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hard to tell since we don't know how much the pistions are above the deck. But if they are .005 above the deck and you use a standard .051 head gasket your compression would be 11.49.

Ask Texas speed! They are very helpful even if you have never ordered from them. I am sure they will hook you up on that 418!!

I just ordered my 418 from them this past Tuesday! Aaron from TSP was more than helpful!
