Hooking up gas tank vent line to LS2 manifold Evap?
I did a LS2/Buick T type conversion, i want to vent my fuel pump/fuel tank to the motor, my stock factory vent line is in good shape, im thinking about hooking up some rubber hose from the vent tube on the fuel pump assembly hanger to the metal vent line that runs along side the fram rail to the engine bay. Now the question is where do i hook up the vent line? does it hook up directly to the engine?

I checked my 01 SS camaro, and i see the fuel line and fuel tank vent line, they both run along up the inside fender together , one goes to the fuel rail of course, and the vent line changes to rubber hose and hooks to the E-vap solinoid , that vents/purges to the side neck of the LS6 intake, is there a charcol canster inbetween this or does the fuel tank vent directly to the intake??

Does your stock system still retain the vented fuel tank cap? I removed the EVAP system on my truck and just rely on the vented fuel cap. Is there a reason why you want to maintain the evap system? If you wish you can cap off that line as long as you ensure you have a vented cap on the fuel tank.

I dont know if my buick gas cap is a vented one, but i can get one i guess, No no reason but i figured since i had everything there Y not use it, But i forgot about the custom wire harness i had made, it has rear 02 deleats and no mass air hook up , it is for speed density tune so i dont even know if my new harness has the e-vap solinoid hook up,
I guess ill just put a small filter on the fuel pump vent and get a vented gas cap so the fuel tank dont suck closed
