3 inch true duals
Started my 3 inch true duals to CME. Doing it myself without a pipe bender. Just going to notch it and bend. Should be interesting. Already have the over the axle bends done. Will post pics later.

sorry guys, the car got put on the back burner for a good while. I am finally done with the exhaust. I made it to where the entire system can be unbolted and removed off the car without any modifications. I used just basic 3 bolt flanges and put two gaskets in between each bolt together section to be sure it seals off. I used 3 ten foot sticks of 3 inch pipe, 14 flanges, and slp 2 mufflers. I dropped the drivers side down about an inch and a half so it would bang the floor pan. Still have great ground clearance, only scrape on real tall speed bumps. The pictures are posted in order from beginning to end. And excuse the dirtyness of the welds, i took the pictures before i got the flux off.

Your life would have been so much easier had you just bought some 45, 90, 180 mandrel bent pieces in a kit..
I applaud the work that goes into that because I have done the "notch/pie cut, bend, tack, test fit" for simple things. NO WAY IN HELL would I build a whole exhaust that way.
What do you have for ground clearance? The driver side pipe looks VERY low.

You actually think that **** looks and flows good? Were you high when you did this?
I applaud the persistence and drive to do **** yourself, but cmon man have some self respect for the car. How hard was it to just buy a whole bunch of mandrel bent pipes and put those together?

Wow! I got so wrapped up in the insanity of the welds and angles and lack of free flow that I didn't even notice the trans wasn't installed. Can always 'wish it in' as I used to say...
