ur best bet on the intake is to keep an eyes on the classifieds here for a complete intake setup, they usually go for around 300-350 but gm does sell the intake as a kit GM part # 12610434

 

Also for your Ls3 top end you will need 8 Ls3 intake rocker arms #12569167, you can re-use your Ls2 exhaust side rockers. You will also need 2 Ls3 rocker arm pedestals #12600936.

And I agree with Keith...go for a used Ls3 Intake setup, you can get them complete w/ rails and injectors for a lot less than trying to piece one together new.
