Most guys running over 427 cubes usally runs with 2 inch headers on a n/a setup. Guess it all depends on the overall combination tho

Mine are the 1 7/8 stepped to 2 inch and i don't think i'm leaving anything on the table here so just looking at lightening the exhaust up a tad. I wonder what the weight of the whole off road system is?

I think you will be ok running the 1 7/8 stepped headers. Vengeance Racing did a 440 a while back using 1 7/8 headers using tfs 235 heads and slp Dual dual catback... Car made 582rwhp and 534lbft. I would think you shooting for 600rwhp tho and I think the 2 inch headers would get you closer to that mark.

Nothing to really deal with....install the headers while its on the K, drop the car down. Just plan ahead....you'll be fine.

Like LPE403 said, it is really no different than a 1 7/8" header.

I put mine in from under the car and had no issues, did it alone too. My car was up on 12" wheel cribs.

Good luck with it.

im thinking about going with the stepped from 7/8 to 2". im thinking it might help with clearance, plus scavenging. the 3 1/2 collector worries me tho since im lowered

I would go with the stepped 1 7/8-2" headers if I were you. Like you said better scavenging and should pick up a little more tq than a full 2" primary. I've got ARH 1 7/8" non-stepped on mine.
