Where are the L92's

Hello folks,
I have a quick question on parts sourcing. I have a few online salvage stores that sells L92's and such but damm they are over 5K for just the motor.....I keep reading people snagging these up for 2K to 3K in some instances. Is it just the luck of the draw or is there certain sources online that I may be able to get a L92? I really like to get my hands on one pretty soon.

I'm having the same problem. I'm looking for an LS2, L92, or LS3 and can't find any deals anywhere. If someone tells you about a secret deal source, please text me a message with the update.

Just luck and time..... most all junkyards know what they are worth and price them accordingly...

www.car-parts.com is a great source to find some for around $3500+ in good condition

I found one Yesterday and made a deal locally .... an awesome deal on an L92!!!

With GM going to direct injection and little aftermarket support at this time I would think the demand will remain high for the LS3, L92 types of motors.
