l77 403ci !! i have chevrolet caprice 2011
but i don't like so much it power
it has :
Stroker 403Ci (calles crank ,eagle rods ,diamond pistons)
VVTI delete kit package
Comp cam 229/236 . 624"/615" 113
Melling oil pump
SLP timing chain
Valve Double Springs 650 Lift
Fast intake manifold 102mm
Nick Williams Throttle body electronic 102mm
Compcams Push Rod 7.400

can i charge the engine ??
if yes , how i can get hp for maximum

and if i don't need charge it . what i can do for it ??
and how i can get hp ??
note : i had run in dyno with load before and i get
Hp: 437.1
Torque: 420.5
but i don't like so much it power
