I don’t know what to say about the size of exhaust, I put 3 inch just to make sure it wasn't going to be restrictive, not sure if it would have made any difference. Just really didn't want to do it twice. I have a set of O2 extensions 36 inches long that came with my headers, Free if you can pick them up in Tampa. I can ship after Jan 1st for 25.

I have two of them, new never use. They have been laying around for a couple of years but still look fine. They don't fit my O2 sensors-wrong connector, Please check to make sure they match yours. I purchased a set of Doug's headers and they came with them, I have no use for them. I've never checked pricing so it may be out of line, that was really the based of me running around to ship them not what they are worth. Did you see https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...o-results.html on page 7 35HP due to exhaust upgrade on "stockish" 6.0

They do have some marks near the connectors, the coating is pretty soft. none of the scuffs are through to the wires. As you can see they are four pin connectors. One end has a a closing clamp on the loom the other three are just open. I never noticed this before but never really looked as I didnt need them. I went to dougs website and didnt see them. All in all they are very useable.
