Headers/y-pipe

Headers/y-pipe I currently have the SLP loud mouth exhaust and I was wanting to keep that, but I was wondering what LT header and y-pipe set up would fit properly with those? I wasn't really wanting to go with the SLP LTs because they have such horrid ground clearance.
Any ideas?

There is still some piping between the SLP LM and the Y pipe, so what you need to do is figure out what size(diameter) ORY you need and what size(diameter) collectors you need from the Y pipe that matches up with what you have on the car right now.
Kooks and AR headers are some of the most expensive but also have the best ground clearance.
BTW, SLP LM is going to be insanely loud lol.

Dynatech is an often overlooked option as well as stainless works. Both fit the fbodies great.
We offer all of the ones mentioned here and yes, sometimes there is a fitment issue with the SLP LM exhaust. Nothing a good exhaust shop cannot handle though.
Hit us up for killer deals on all the big name headers as well as budget headers also, but in this game you sure get what you pay for. There are mixed reactions on quite a few of the budget minded brands, styles.
If you stay in the 1 3/4 range you will possibly have less fitment issues and clearance issues. And it is always good practice to at least check (if not also replace) your motor mounts at the same time.
