Wierd shift

Wierd shift I just had a new motor put in my denali and had the computer flashed by the dealer. Now when I step into it wot only and from 1-2 or 2-3 im not for sure, it has a back firing sound when it shifts. All the other gears shift fine and it doesn't do it when I'm just easing around. Any ideas to what may be causing this?
