Harmonic Balancer
You can swap crank pulleys but the belt offset from the block is different so you would need the matching accessories for the crank pulley. If this is a swap vehicle there are many options for accessory placement and offsets.

As an add to the previous question......
I'm wanting to switch a balancer from a 2011 Gen IV 5.3 truck block and install an earlier balancer from a Vette. Basically to reduce the front space cause this is a mid-mount setup in a Corvair. When I pulled the truck balancer and looked at the Vette unit, it doesnt clear what must be the cam position sensor. What's the cure for that ?

You could possibly run a vette underdrive pulley. Should tuck in under cam sensor with the accessory brive portion of the crank pulley out far enough to clear the sensor. You would have to measure for sure i just took a quick look at block in garage. Also poke around in the conversion and hybrid forum. There is alot of information and knowledgeable people there for piecing together accessories.
