Injectors?

Injectors?

I was forced by a bad lifter to go ahead and do some upgrades on my 2010 Silverado 5.3.
So here's what I've done so far...
DOD delete, cam (Comp Cams VVT Cam; 214/228 .559"/.571" 114

lifters, valve springs, push rods, ported and polished the heads, valve job, port and polish TB, cold air intake. Coming before tune is long tube headers, exhaust, and port the intake. So... do I need injectors or will stock injectors work fine? As stated the truck broke so I was forced to do all this but my budget was not. LOL! I am cabable and self performed all of the labor. Thoughts, Opinions, Any help Welcome, thanks!

have a set of 48pound injectors,like new you can use, ?? if you need,with that new cam, more power...
