Engine builders in Socal I need my engine rebuilt and was looking for a good shop or person to take it too. I live in Orange County, but I will drive to San Diego or L.A area if I need to

I'm your man if your patient enough. Full motor builds are time consuming and I already have quite a few on my plate currently adding to the typical lead times associated with this type of thing.
If its more of a long term deal with the "Do it right once mentality", we are probably a good fit
