Default What performance parts should I go with?

How's it going guys,
I did a thread some time ago, asking what were the major bolt ons for LS1s.
I'm going to start modifying my stock Z28 by the beginning of next year. So I want to know if you guys can help me decide which intake, throttle body, air lid, and catback to go with.
This following list is of the parts I want:

Performance
American Racing Long Tube Headers 1 3/4 with Catted Y-Pipe
Catback (undecided yet)
FAST 92 Intake
Nick Williams Throttle body
SLP Air Lid
SLP Under drive Pulley
Tune

Suspension
UMI Subframe Connectors
UMI Adjustable Panhard Bar
UMI Adjustable Lower Control Arms
UMI F&R Sway Bars
Strano Lowering Springs

So my questions are,
Which catback (Borla, Corsa, GMMG, Magnaflow) would sound best with American racing headers & Catted Y-pipe.
Note that I don't want my car to sound raspy, minimal raspiness will be fine but nothing crazy like the Loudmouth II.
Will I be able to use a Fast Toyz Air lid with my stock throttle body incase I don't go with the FAST 92 and NW TB? Or should I just go with a SLP Lid?
And final question would be about the Under drive pulley, is Powerbond just as good as the SLP pulley?

Here are also a few pictures of my car with different wheels I've had on it by time to time.

Wouldn't that be to high of a stall reason being that the car is currently my daily until I buy another vehicle.

Not in my opinion. Had a yank tp4400 in my first ls1, daily driven. the converter doesn't slip so bad until WOT when all hell breaks loose. that converter scared the **** out of people on a roll

Unless you're gonna go with 3.42 (or steeper) gears, I'd keep the TC in the 3000 stall range.....and you could make mine a Yank!

But hell....that's just me.

I have 3.23s, so I'm guessing a Yank SS 3600 would be perfect, correct?
