need help getting my l99 to 11:1 cr

ok everyone im putting together a l99 (6.2L) im trying to put the 10:4 stock cr up to 11:1, what i need to know is how much has to me taken off the stock head and what gaskets needed to achieve that. I have the stock 823 heads

I don't know how much needs to be milled (whoever ports/mills the heads should be able to figure it out) but you want to come in at about 65cc in the combustion chambers and a .040" head gasket.
