Default Stock ported LS3 intake VS Single plane?

LS3 ported stock intake VS single plane:

SBE L99
Cam Motion solid roller cam
CNC heads
1 7/8" LT's
4000 stall converter
Holley Dominator
3:73 gear
3,100lbs

Weekend car that gets beat on and will see the track. Looking to maximize N/A top end power.

I'm considering going to a single plane intake

Question is will I see an upper RPM gain with the cleaned up Vic Jr? Or is the Super Victor warranted in this scenario running a 4150 throttle body on each?

The LLR cam will allow me to rev it higher than a typical hydraulic but I haven't found any solid comparisons using an appropriate cam tailored to each intake.

Note: already cutting the hood and adding a bubble. No room for a CID intake

Thanks!

I don't have a comparison dyno plot, but my ported Vic Jr held good power on the top. It's been a great combination for me... See dyno plot below.

I'm selling the intake in the Classifieds if you are searching for one.

On a square port? That's a big jump, and I have a hard time seeing my own combo making that much more power with a Super Vic vs. a Vic. Jr. Maybe I have them backwards, but I thought the cathedral Super Vic was a jump over the Vic Jr, but on the square port I didn't think it was much of a difference...

I can believe the Mast would make more power though...

That's not 40 horsepower... I see 569, then 564, then 558, then 556. The Vic Jr to Super Vic was 6 hp (the middle two numbers), then they got 5 more from the porting of the Super Vic. (so an 11HP increase with a ported Super Vic vs. a Vic Jr).

Please show me a link where someone went from a Victor Jr to a Super Victor and made 40 more HP on the same engine? Then I would like to see another where they show another 20 on top of that? Those numbers don't add up to me, but I'd love to be proven wrong.

BTW, I will be doing a similar dyno test with a Super Vic and a Mast intake on my engine whenever we can finally get the thing together and on the dyno. I will report back to Tech when that happens too...

You're only going to see 40hp on a motor that spins, none of this 6500rpm street crap.

Ok...

Please share a link to a dyno plot that shows a 40 HP increase of a Super Vic over a Vic Jr that's spinning, what, 7500? 8000? Is the OP planning on spinning that high or higher? Doubtful with a SBE as he listed.

Then I'd love to see a 60HP improvement on a Mast intake over a Vic Jr in the same vein...
