Default TSP/PRC 255 LS3 head questions

Are the TSP/PRC heads available to buy with a 4 bolt pattern? If not will the 6 bolt pattern bolt on to a stock LS3 block?

The 6 bolt pattern will work. The extra holes aren't used.

Awesome. I wasn't sure what would need to be done for the extra holes or if any mods would need to be done. I'm leaning towards these bc of price. If I reused my Btr springs I already have I could have a decently cheap set of aftermarket heads

You mean roller tip? Technically, the OEM rockers are roller trunnion, though they can fall apart, and the recommendation is to do a trunnion bushing upgrade.
If you do mean roller tip, TSP has some new steel roller tip rockers that are 1.7, which is the OEM ratio. Comp Cams has some too.
Talk with TSP about what they recommend. They do have theirs of course but sell others too.

The TSP rockers are very new, but appear to be a good design with OEM-style body(good...) roller tip (VERY good....) and the CHE bushing option (REALLY good!). I would be tempted to go that way.

That's the direction I'm leaning towards bc of everything you mentioned. I'm having a hard time deciding between the PRC or trickflow heads to install them in

Only stock (OEM) rockers or TSP's 1.72 roller rockers will work with the PRC heads......unless you pay several hundreds of dollars to get the heads modified to accept other rockers.

Ask me how I know........

I would recommend calling TSP.....just don't do it between 12:00 and 1:00 pm Central time.....that's their lunch break.

I'm still trying to decide between the PRC heads or trickflows. Trying to get as much info on either as I can. I have 2 threads posted one for each lol

Checked the website but nothing mentioned about valve guides. You might give them a call tomorrow.
